Platters Our wooden platters are primarily intended to be display pieces, but have been finished with a food-safe finish.

Black walnut crotch platter. Black walnut has exceptional figure at the crotch of a tree, where a large limb joins the main trunk. (13.5"; $250)		Maple burl platter. (13.5 x 1.5", $150, sold)


Red oak platter. This plater is from a crotch of the tree. The wood was turned before it dried, so the platter warped due to the stress of the crotch figure (12" x 1", $75)		Natural edge spalted maple burl platter. (13 x 2", $150)
