Our tall peppermills are hand-crafted using a ceramic mechanism. The mills with the ceramic mechanism don’t have the metal knob on top because the grind is adjusted using a knob on the bottom. The mills with the ceramic mechanism can be used for salt or pepper. The peppermills can feature a traditional design or a more contemporary design.
