The cheeseplates shown here are 12-15″ in diameter with a 6″ diameter green or gray marble center. Most of our cheeseplates have two or three segments of contrasting domestic and exotic woods that were glued together before turning. We can also make 12″ diameter plates from a single board of maple, black walnut, mahogany or red birch. Currently available cheeseplates have a marble tile that is held in place by a pair of rare earth magnets. The tile can be removed for easy washing.
